Enlink Midstream (NYSE – ENLK), formerly called Crosstex Energy Inc. (“Crosstex”), provides integrated energy infrastructure services for natural gas, crude oil, condensate and natural gas liquids including gathering and transportation pipelines, processing plants, barge and rail terminals, product storage facilities and brine disposal wells. The company also handles CO2 transportation for carbon capture and sequestration. These large-scale, cashflow-generating asset platforms are in premier production basins and core demand centers including the Permian Basin, Louisiana, Oklahoma and North Texas.

In 2014, Devon Energy Corp., Crosstex and Crosstex Energy LP completed a merger to form a new midstream business operating as Enlink.
