Momentum has developed midstream infrastructure including pipelines, compression systems and processing facilities in several of the leading US natural gas resource areas including Texas, the Northeast and Gulf Coast. Momentum successfully built and sold five companies and is currently focused on developing infrastructure in Texas and Louisiana to support liquified natural gas exports from the Gulf Coast. Yorktown most recently made its sixth midstream investment with the Momentum team.

Momentum’s core competency is developing large-scale, greenfield midstream projects and identifying new opportunities with known expansion possibilities.
