Tomas co-founded Yorktown and has more than 40 years of financial experience in sales and trading, energy investing, capital formation and partnership structuring. From 1994 to 1997, he was responsible for the origination and placement of investment partnerships at Dillon, Read & Co. and was active in the spinout of Yorktown Partners in 1997. Tomas has served as a director of various Yorktown portfolio companies and currently sits on the board of Mid-Con Energy III LLC.

Tomas holds a BA in economics from Columbia University.
