Vaquero operates and develops projects for gathering, processing and transporting natural gas in the southern Delaware Basin of West Texas. Two processing plants are capable of each handling 200 MMCF/d of gas. The management team is focused on increasing commitments from customers that include well capitalized private operators and larger publicly listed operators that have collectively driven growth throughout the region. Gathering systems and pipelines have been expanded to the north toward the New Mexico state line to accommodate expanding customer activity while providing additional commercial opportunities.

The company has generated significant free cashflow and continues to focus on a disciplined, conservative approach to capital spending and leverage.
